A mindful moment to tune into the sense of hearing.  Allowing children to learn how to focus on one thing, being mindful in the moment and simply listening.  A guided sound meditation using Mindfulness, Breathing, Relaxation, Tibetan Singing Bowls and a short time of silence before the child is guided back.  Suitable for children 5+
